Claude Grimes
|
Claude is from
Texas. Ranjana's Yoga & Bodyworks has been
fortunate to have him on staff. He knows what it
feels like to have a handicap. Claude
miraculously survived an auto/bus collision and
came to Ranjana's after being bed-ridden for a
full year. Through much patience and perseverance
he has attained good muscle tone, mobility and
agility. He now uses that experience in his
teaching.

hard work. November 2000, he joined the rank of the staff and still
continues studies.

Kay Morrison
|
Kay came to Ranjana's Yoga as a
student in 1990 at her husband, Michael's, suggestion. She became
an ardent student, driven by the benefits she was reaping.
Kay overcame her physical weakness, acquiring an increased confidence
in life. Now she wanted to share her enthusiasm through teaching others.
What a welcome to the Studio! She has developed her own style and is a very
popular teacher.

Maggie Metzinger
|
Recovering from unusual abdominal
reconstructive surgery in 2000,
Maggie was stunned when her doctor informed her that she would be
unable to return to her Martial Arts practice and needed to find a
more sedentary form of exercise. Maggie discovered yoga and was
delighted to learn how much the mind-body connection aligned with
her own personal beliefs and how healing yoga could be on multiple
levels. Under the tutelage of Ranjana, Maggie began to reap the
benefits of a consistent practice and was able to continue her
Martial Arts studies. Because yoga had profoundly shaped and
positively affected her life in so many ways,
she was drawn to help others on their yoga journeys.
