A powerful king knows he has power and he knows he must use it judiciously. He needs to be righteous and compassionate to his subjects - that is when quality is evaluated. Likewise, a human being has the power to affect others, as well as himself.

A human form of life is the highest form of life on the planet earth and has great potential of evolving further. The science of Yoga brings out all the dormant qualities in a human being and helps him realize his full potential. The study of Yoga science makes your body strong and flexible as well as develops a strong mind and kind heart.

It has taken a long time for Yoga to become popular in this country. The main reason for its acceptance was because it brought flexibility to the body and calmness to the mind.

Stress is the biggest enemy of a human being today. The urgency of meeting deadlines and the expectations of greater achievements in a shorter periods of time have short circuited human brains. Therefore, hearts have become heavy and bodies have become stiff.

Yoga, done correctly, helps alleviate stress. The most important aspect of Yoga is the emphasis on breathing techniques which helps the body to relax and the mind to focus and become calm. This is the connection between the inner world and the outer world, also known as microcosm and macrocosm.

We establish equilibrium. Many changes take place inside the mind and body due to stress. Stress causes digestive systems to break down and disrupts the nutritional fuel line of the body and mind. Then, the body starts to breakdown. This creates an imbalance of alkalinity/acidity which causes the body to feel stiff and sore.

Unlike machinery, we have a great gift. The body and mind have a great capacity to regenerate! This is one of the reasons human beings ignore the few signals of breakdown and keep going - but not at full capacity!

Yoga, learned the right way, will make you alert to these signals. It will help you pay attention to not creating the deficiency of physical and mental nutrition.

Yoga breathing calms the mind and allows the body to run on parasympathetic nervous systems and gets you out of being in emergency mode.
