Herbal glow is a mixture of Ayurvedic herbal solution which is applied to your body and allowed to dry
to an egg white consistency for 5 minutes. Then, with a rough wash cloth, the solution is scrubbed off
the body leaving a shiny skin. This process nourishes the skin and, at the same time, removes the dead
cells and exposes the shiny layer of the skin. It is followed by an hour of a very soothing massage

Shirodhara is a profound, mind-melting treatment using ayurvedic oils poured over the forehead and scalp.
This treatment allows warm oil to flow in a steady stream on the forehead, particularly on the brow and
in the region between the eyes. It cleans both the mind and the senses, which allows the body's natural
healing mechanisms to release stress from the nervous systems. This, in turn, improves mental clarity and
comprehension. Treatment time: 20 minutes. Recommended treatment would be repeated once per week
for a month. Monthly treatments are recommended to maintain it.
