"Balance, harmony, healing, discovery, truth, safety, strength, fulfillment, free flow of energy, well being, emotional cure, purity, joy, calm, relaxation - Does this sound like a profile of a person with two jobs in public education, including high school freshman classes? For me – it does.

Yoga practice with Ranjana turns abstract wellness ideas into living experiences with a range of motion and emotion.  Physical and spiritual sensation of the ultimate good in each cell of the body defies words. But the facts remain: crams are gone, chronic pain in the neck and the back are things of the past, wrists are stronger than ever. Breathing techniques Ranjana teaches have proven invaluable in stress and time management. I am also grateful for numerous nutrition tips, the wonders of the neti pot, revitalization of hair growth after shirodhara (discovery of new gravitational dimensions  during the treatment deserves a special passage, as it was one of a kind experience that redefined my relationship with space in a profound way).
