Nancy Tervelt

I have had fibromyalgia for one year. Three months after I was diagnosed I started coming to Ranjana's yoga once per week at her noon class. I was very fatigued and my body hurt all over. The class, only once a week, was helping my body as I had less pain and more energy. Due to personal finances I did not come to yoga for three months, but did some at home. Obviously that was not enough as my pain had become much worse. I had just started back to yoga and I have no doubt that I will be feeling much better with more energy. These classes are saving my life my life both physically and mentally.
