Asanas are the yoga postures. In Ranjana’s classes we do postures to strengthen our muscles, nerves and joints. We create a physical body that is very strong and supple at the same time. This allows the subtle life energy, prana, to flow freely through your body. Yoga measures your degree of health through your flow of prana.

Yoga repairs the body, promotes health, and establishes coordination between your body and your mind. This helps you to pursue and achieve your physical and mental goals with greater ease.

Ranjana also offers therapeutic massage. Massage increases your blood and lymphatic circulation, removes toxins and creates a healing process.
